Plate Heat Exchanger Gaskets and Plates

All PHE Gaskets and Plates are produced under approved production conditions, and both Rubber compounds and Plate material are analyzed on a third-party lab. Entrance material-control for Plates and gaskets is made at our own lab, to ensure compliance with certificates.

The materials available for the board include:

AISI 304, AISI316, Ti, SMO254, SMO654, Hastelloy, etc.

The detachable plate heat exchanger is composed of many stamped corrugated thin plates at certain intervals, sealed with gaskets around them, and overlapped and compressed with frames and compression screws. The four corner holes of the plates and gaskets form the distribution and collection pipes of the fluid, while reasonably separating the cold and hot fluids to flow in the flow channels on both sides of each plate, and conducting heat exchange through the plates
