1. When disassembling a plate heat exchanger, first loosen the screws in the middle and then loosen the bolts at the four corners. When loosening the bolt, first turn 1-2 turns, then slowly loosen it until it is completely loosened. During the loosening process, pay attention to the measurement of the board, and the left and right gaps should not exceed 10mm, and the upper and lower gaps should not exceed 25mm.



2. Measure the thickness of the sheet before disassembly. After installation, there is not much difference in comparison. If you want to increase or decrease the board, you need to calculate the total thickness, and the difference between the pressed thickness and the correct value is less than 1%. Generally, 6-12 bolts are required, and each bolt should be evenly applied. It can be removed using a slightly longer wrench.
