Plate Heat Exchanger Gaskets

All PHE Gaskets and Plates are produced under approved production conditions, and both Rubber compounds and Plate material are analyzed on a third-party lab. Entrance material-control for Plates and gaskets is made at our own lab, to ensure compliance with certificates.
In general, all Spare Parts are quality controlled in our own lab, to ensure 100% compatible with original makers. Gaskets are tested on OEM Plates to ensure the fit is within the given tolerances. The quality is not only relevant for our Spare Parts, but also our services. For various industries, we offer a documentation package, when refurbishing Plate Heat Exchanger or Fresh Water Generator. The documentation package shows and document the refurbishment process. If a complete Plate Pack is needed, we have the correct A-measurement and our service team is ready to conduct a pressure-test before shipment.
