Components of plate heat exchangers

Plate heat exchanger plate is an important component of plate heat exchangers, specifically used for isolating media and conducting heat exchange. Its main materials include stainless steel (SUS304.316), titanium and titanium palladium (Ti, Ti Pd), 20Cr, 18Ni, 6Mo (254SMO), alloy (C276), copper (H68), etc
Each board contains two components:

Metal plate: It is an important heat transfer component used to press metal sheets with corrugated, sealing grooves, and corner holes. Ripples not only enhance heat transfer, but also increase the rigidity of the thin plate, thereby improving the pressure bearing capacity of the plate heat exchanger. By promoting the turbulent state of the liquid, they can reduce the formation of sediment or dirt and play a certain "self-cleaning" role.

Sealing gasket: installed in the gasket groove along the periphery of the plate, sealing the periphery between the plates to prevent fluid leakage outward, and sealing a part of the corner holes according to the design requirements, allowing cold and hot liquids to flow in their respective channels.
